RRG’s privacy policy can be found here (“Privacy Policy”). This SMS Privacy Policy applies to text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies) (collectively, “SMS”) you send and receive to and from RRG but is not intended to modify RRG’s Privacy Policy.

2. Information RRG Collects Through SMS

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from RRG, it collects your phone number and your consent to receive messages. Messages may contain communications or notifications from RRG and its products and services.

3. How RRG uses Information Collected Through SMS

RRG uses your phone number solely to send you the SMS messages you consented to receive. RRG does not use your phone number for marketing purposes beyond the scope of your consent.

4. Data Sharing

We respect your privacy: RRG will only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but isn’t limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Service Providers

RRG’s SMS messaging is powered by third-party – industry-standard – Communications Platforms as a Service (CPaaS). A CPaaS may have its own publicly available privacy policy.
